Presenting authors will be required to register for the conference by 30th April 2023.
Students are asked to provide a certificate from their institution or a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full-time student. Please upload your certificate/confirmation letter as a scanned pdf document in your personal area.

If you require an invoice in the name of a Company or Institution, please complete the billing information in the "My data" tab in your personal area. You can download the invoice within 4-6 days in your personal area.
If you require an invoice prior to payment, please request it by email: email@example.com. Please fill in the billing information in the "My data" tab of your personal area.
Online payment must be made at the end of the registration process. To ensure that transactions are made securely and to avoid any possible fraudulent use of the card, the system will request authentication codes for the card, provided by your bank to operate on the internet.
Bank details are available in your personal area.
A copy of the bank transfer should be sent by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, including the reference ‘ecoSTP2023 and the name of the attendee. After the payment is verified, your online registration will be acknowledged and the ‘paid’ status will appear in your personal area.
Refunds will apply in a case of cancellation.
Cancellations received before May 15, 2023, will have a penalty of 30% for administration fees, after this date the penalty will be 100% of the expenses. All cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the Technical Secretariat.
