Presentation guidelines

Platform presentations are 12 minutes long. Please be aware that we are on a tight schedule and cannot afford to go overtime.

Short Oral Presentations are 5 minutes long.

We recommend you to have a very brief introduction and present only the key results.

Discussion

Discussion time will take place at the end of each session, after the talks (platform and short orals).

Format guidelines

All presentations should be prepared in English.
All your graphs, pictures, and tables must include explanations
Your text color and size must be easy to read on screen
Please create your presentations in 16:9 ratio and text Calibri 20 or bigger.

Delivery of presentations

Send your presentations in ppt./pptx. format (Powerpoint) at least the day before your session.

We will accept last-minute deliveries at the registration desk. Please make sure to bring along your presentation on a USB stick.

Once you are in, fill in the requested fields: Presenter's name and surname, and title
At the end of the process, please do not forget to click on the "Submit" button to validate your entry.

We will only accept a single file per presentation.

Posters will be displayed on the Conference Venue from Monday 26th to Wednesday 28th.

There is a Poster Session during which presenters will be available to discuss their work informally and answer questions.

We will have materials to attach the poster to a panel.

Posters will also be displayed on the Conference APP.

All poster presenters must send the poster in PDF on or before Monday, 12th June.
